Declaration of Independence The Declaration of Independence also known as The unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen united States of America, was put into Congress on July 4th, Seventeen Seventy-six. The unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen united States of America showed all the people that the present King of Britain has committed absolute tyranny over the states. The declaration there goes on and states twenty-seven facts that the king committed absolute tyranny. These facts have based the Unites States of America's government on how it does not want to form their government. The King of Britain has committed many usurpations on the Thirteen united States of America such changing the history of the United States of America. For example, the King has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, therefore leading to the three branch governments we now have. The King kept standing armies among us in times of peace without consent from the legislators, therefore leading us to have no standing armies in time of peace. We now only put armies into effect when we have the consent of the legislators. The King has committed wrongful jurisdiction to our constitution such as imposing taxes on the people of the Thirteen united States of America without there consent. It also deprived the people in many cases of the benefits of Trial by Jury and for transporting the people of the States beyond seas to be tried for pretended offences. The Declaration of Independence has made the biggest change in United States history of any document ever written. Because the Declaration of Independence gave every human being in The United States of America their independence it made the biggest change in United States history. It gave them their full power to levy war against an enemy. The Declaration of Independence gave the people the power to conclude peace, conclude peace against their enemies. The people may establish commerce. The Declaration of Independence or The unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America allows the people of The United States of America to do anything a Free state may do.
